COMPLIMENTs to Sinegugu Xaba a consultant at Capitec Bank in Newcastle Scoot Street. This lady went over and above assisting me to get a personal loan. From properly explaining the process and requirements to getting the work done swiftly. Although it’s a lengthy process but with proper explanations given, anyone would understand. She knows what she is doing, well trained and friendly. That’s my definition of customer service. I wish we could have more people like Sinegugu for service delivery.
