Excellent complaints mangement

I would like to thank Nwabisa Sidzumo (Consultant: Complaints Management in the Complaint Services Dept) for the excellent manner in which she handled my complaint for my Licence Disc Renewal. My complaint were received, reviewed and refunded efficiently. @capitecbank needs to reward Nwabisa for her lovely service
