Excellent complaint resolution

Im rating the complaints department a whooping 💯. I'm satisfied with how my query was handled. I wasn't treated like just a complaining client but I felt the compassion from both the people that dealt with my query. I'm happy to see that there's still a company that prioritize their customers satisfaction and go an extra mile with educating their clients. Well done Capitec 👏
