Excellent client service

I visited your Zevenwacht branch yesterday shortly before closing time.I was assisted by a lady by the name of Cleo Malan, who was apparently from the Eersteriver branch and was just helping out. It was already after 18:00 when I was assisted and the branch was thus closed, but this had absolutely no impact on the level of service that was provided to me. Cleo was very friendly and professional and her passion for service excellence as well as for Capitec Bank was evident. She not only gave me value added information about Internet and Remote banking, but also passionately informed me about all the exiting things that makes Capitec Bank unique . Unbeknownst to her at the time I was previously an ABM at the Eikestad Mall branch which ensured that I'm a tad more critical when visiting a Capitec Bank branch, I must say, however, that she passed with flying colours and is truly an ambassador for Capitec Bank. Kindly relay the message to her as recognition needs to be given for such excellent service. Consultants at this branch are also generally very friendly and eager to assist. Ulrich Andrews
