Excellent client service!

I visited the Capitec Bank branch in Ghandi Square about a week ago and was assisted by a Sales Consultant by the name of Keegan Holland. This was the 2nd time that he assisted me with some of my transactions and on both occasions I was very impressed his passion for client service, product knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile. Having previously been an employee of Capitec Bank for a number of years myself, I must say that Keegan is truly a great ambassador for Capitec Bank and due to the excellent client service I've received from him, I will definitely keep on returning to this branch and remain a client of Capitec Bank. I do hope that his efforts are recognized by Capitec Bank and would like you to pass on my appreciation.
