Excellent Capitec Bedford Gardens

Hats off to Capitec Bank Bedford Centre:

I shifted from Nedbank and have alternate Standard Bank accounts and they cant even remotely get close to the excellent service that this Capitec Branch delivers. Bank Manager meets you at the door, you get a ticket and you don't even sit down before a consultant sees you. The biometric system works first time, the consultant is friendly, competent and is clearly happy at work. Any changes requested happen immediately. Bank charges are a fraction of what I was paying. The debit card works properly, debit order takeover from Nedbank was done perfectly and efficiently. The mobile APP works really well as do the SMS alerts.

Capitec Bank is a shining light in a Dark South Africa that proves we can do world class and we can do it by working together regardless of colour or other persuasion!
