Brilliant. Efficient. Pleasant experience. All banks should send their staff to Capitec for training to learn how a modern client-centric bank should be run. Your virtual card service is also a great selling point and was one of the major reasons that I am now using Capitec for my online purchases. It has filled a great void in the market when dealing with new unknown companies over the internet. I hope in time to migrate more of my finances. Keep up the innovation.
