EXCELLENT BANK

I must say i was very hesitant to join Capitec Bank and was highly recommended to do so and I did in December 2013 and I must say that their service has been outstanding. I have never had any issues with them. Today I did an EFT payment to the incorrect account, i called Customer care and they were more than happy to assist in the reversal. Their security in regards to the account is excellent. Not like the other banks that require ID book only, Capitec fingerprint identification is brilliant and ***** won't be committed (unless somebody cuts your finger off - gross!!)<br> <br> Well done Captiec and will recommend you to anybody!!!!!
