Excellent attitude+customer service(well trained)
The consultant had excellent attitude, and the customer service element (Capitec's training) shone through. <br> <br> We went in to open an account & everything was explained simply and clearly, all questions I had were answered, overall very transparent and \simplified"experience of opening a capitec bank account (the reason we were at Capitec Bank)"
