<p>its ironic that im giving a compliment to the complaint dept but they deserve it. I had a complaint with 1 of their branches due to bad service and the manner and the time which they dealt with the complaint was ..... very good.its good to know that our complaints dont fall to deaf ears , i wish capitec management from branch level can be more pro-active than re-active to avoid such complaints.</p>
