<p>I couldn't just sit back after this remarkable service from my bank, it took them less than 3hours to respond to my review of a bad service.....Wow! Can't say the same about other banks...... Regional manager Rashied gave me a call 30 mins ago, expressing his disappointment to this staff that led to me righting a review, promised to deal with the matter...... shortly after that,manager from Vangate apologised....... I thank you to each and everyone of you</p>
