Excellect Service - Brits branch - Town

<p>Good Morning</p> <p> </p> <p>I was at Capitec Branch last week tuesday the 3rd of May. I was helped by Olebogeng. Excellent service i received from her. I wasnt feeling well on that day, and regardless, she was helpful. She actualy said to me, i should go to the doctor, and she will call me back to find out how i am and to come back to the branch to proceed with my application. And she did , it was for the first time i received a call from a consultant from the bank to follow up on my health and see if i am still interested in the product. I promised her to go back to the branch, and i went on monday the 9th May, I was assisted by her, and i would recommend anyone, anyday to go to that branch and be assisted by her. She provided timely and helpful advise regarding the different products, she provided all the information regarding mobile banking and all the features. She has a caring approach and is a true professional consultant. I would like to pass on my gratitude to her, and the efficient service received. Thank you for her attentive and superlative s****s.
