Everything is down yet you keep saying everything is fine

<p>I went to draw money from PIck n pay at 13:20pm today. The money was declined. It was R1035. I then thought maybe i changed my limit so said id rather just take the cooldrinks then... He then tried to do the R35 and it was declined as well.. I then realised that non of my debit orders came off today and i cant check my balance on my phone.</p> <p>I then read online that people who have had their card declined, have had the money deducted later anyway.</p> <p>I swear i will be the most ****ed off person ever if that money gets deducted!!!</p> <p>How can you keep saying that everything is fine if so many people are complaining about the same dam thing!!</p> <p>Please get someone to contact me asap!!!</p> <p>This is unacceptable. i have always thought capitec is awesome, and told people that i wont change ever. So im hoping you can fix this so that i dont change my mind.</p> <p> </p>
