Ever increasing credit balance after paying monthly installment

Ever since I did a debt review from the loan I took from Capitec Bank in 2018, my capitec credit balance keep on going up even after paying my monthly installment and with no reasonable explanation(s). Everytime I go to the branch, I always get a different explanation and they are all not working. My arrears jumped to R33 000.

Can someone please assist me. I should be finishing with the credit by now, but you won't believe that I'm still sitting at the balance of R190 000.

My reason for going for a debt review is that I was paying the monthly installment of R10 105 and it was too much for me.

Anyone who can assist me to get out of the debt review!!!???
