Ever increasing credit balance

I wasn't aware that Capitec is the worst bank ever. I took a loan in 2018 and was repaying R10 105 monthly installment for over a year till I felt it was too much for me and went for a debt review.

After that my credit balance have been increasing every now and then and I always repay my installment on time. Currently, my credit balance is still sitting at R185 000. I tried to make unlimited calls to capitec to enquiry about this but everytime they tell me a different story and we never reach a consensus?
