Estcourt Branch Bad customer service (***** related but no help from the branch)

Hi,

I would like to complaint against capitec (Estcourt branch) for their bad bad service.

My aunt her card swallowed by an ATM in the morning while rushing to work, and then after few hour while at work she received message for cash withdrawals at the atm through her capited card that got swallowed by a machine.

She went to the branch to report and they advise to go to the police station for a case of which she did. She come back to the branch with the case number and she turned away by a consultant at the branch saying there is nothing they can do.

She lost all her little salary and she is a cleaner with kids and for this month she is a very stressed woman because she is not getting the help that she supposed to get from your branch.

I has same problem but because I bank with Nedbank my problem was resolved very quick.

I'm disappointed with your service and it shows now that you dont care about your customers especially those from the rural areas because you know they do not understand the processes to take when they have problem with the bank.

her name is CYNTHIA MAZIBUKO and her contact details are ***. I'm expecting the head office now to take accountability and contact her in order to assist her with the problem because the branch is very useless at this point in time.
