Escalation upon escalation for DEBIT ORDER!!!

I am so sick and tired of Capitec Bank. I have stood hours this year in their bank physically and on the phone trying to resolve the issue with the debit order mandate. Yet here I am 10 months in and STILL they debit me the day before I get paid!!!!!! My bank fees are insane and every agent has advised that they will escalate the situation. Yet its Switch To Capitec. How can one do that when the service has just been a blatant nightmare...
