Enquiry for long overdue payment

I took a loan from Capitec and yes I defaulted and they handed me to their lawyers. I signed an agreement with their lawyers to pay R1000, 00 a month. The total amount I was to pay back was R43 518,00. By 15/01/2013 my balance was R29 000,00 and I never defaulted until January 2014 when I changed jobs.Then I continued paying from February 2014 and the account was with a different company of lawyers and it is still is. When I checked my balance with them towards the end of the year last year they told me my balance is R29 000.00 same as where I was in January 2013. They are still debiting a R1000.00 from my account.I have already exceeded the amount I signed for with their initial lawyers. Please advise <br>
