enough hving to ask my credit provider for statem

I would like my mom to open a capitec account, I have been to germiston ABSA building branch and Dobsonville branch several times with my mom to find out what documents are accepted as a proof of address. I was told I have to get a credit statement and I did go to edgars but to be told that they don't take over the counter statement. I requested Vodacom to send me a statement of my contract and I was told it is not accepted. I then asked Edgar's to email me the statement still I was told it is not accepted. I was told to bring another bank's bank statement and I only use Capitec bank. I asked them if I can use my loan statement with you but no another bank. I brought a letter from my medical aid scheme still I was told it is not accepted. May you kindly advise me what exactly do you want us to bring along. For sure another bank's bank statement is not an option unless if you want us to take our business elsewhere. The reason why I recommended that my mom opens an account with you is because it is going to be convenient for us sending each other. My whole family(myself, wife, young brother, elder and younger sister) are both using Capitec, hope this shows that we have trusted you.
