I Logon on the website and saw that capitec has business banking options. I proceeded to call them and was told they don't actually have the facility but it's done by Mercantile Bank. Mercantile contacted us and told us they will send us the requirements . We were contacted a week ago to confirm our details to date nothing. This saga started on the 24th July 2020
