Empty promises along with lies

<div>Good day&nbsp; Once again I am very frustrated with service from Capitec. Each time I deal with someone from your customer support I have to start and explain the issue again and again and nothing gets resolved.&nbsp; I will start with what has happened since the previous email and complaint I made via Twitter on 12 May 2020. After my direct message to Capitec via Twitter,&nbsp; within 24 hours I received 5 phone calls from Capitec. Strange how many people are thrown at a complaint once it appears on social media, My suggestion, pay attention when guests call or mail to avoid complaints on social media. Also clear communication or ticket logging could also assist you as 4 of the 5 calls phoned me to resolve my complaint and no one&nbsp; from the branch contacted to apologise and to confirm that someone had contacted me to resolve the issue (which to date is not resolved).&nbsp; So let's start with the first call I received at 17h53 from ***).&nbsp; This gentleman explained the same story everyone did, that because I only had 3 payments left the system would not allow the payment holiday.&nbsp; He then continued to explain to assist me until the issue was resolved that he would manually process the pause of 2 payments or reverse the payments if they go off my account, and so he did for the first month. I never heard from him again.&nbsp; Then a lady phoned me, and I explained that I have been called by and how he assisted me. She then addressed the issue of the very long telephone conversations and asked me to mail her proof in order to compensate me.&nbsp; She sent me an email asking for the call records on 13 May 2020.&nbsp; I mailed her the call records the very same day.&nbsp; On the 25th of June I sent a followup email as I have not received compensation or communication from her.&nbsp; I still haven't received a reply from her.&nbsp; A gentleman by the name of **** then contacted me. I must say that dealing with Michael was a pleasure, his service was excellent and he kept in communication with me the entire time. I was handed over to the Credit Insurance department at the end of May. &nbsp; I also received 2 calls, 1 from the branch assistant manager to apologize and to confirm that someone has contacted me.&nbsp; The other was from a call centre and I just said I have been assisted already.&nbsp; 10 June 2020: I received a telephone call and email stating that my claim for April has been "paid and approved", I am also asked for my May documentation to claim for the month of May.&nbsp; No payment has been made. email from - Contact Centre (Business Support Centre) 20 June 2020: I received another email from Contact Centre (Business Support Centre) stating that my claim for April has been approved and that payment will happen within 30 days towards the loan.&nbsp; Guess what - No payment has been received.&nbsp; This email also asked for my documents to process my claim for May. On the 24th of June I then resend the documents for May application and requested a confirmation of receipt.&nbsp; I have not received confirmation to date. I visited the Eikestad Mall branch on the 27th to confirm if any payments due to me were paid.&nbsp; According to the statement provided to me by the clerk, both myself and her could not locate any funds paid as promised. I am typing this message as a last resort before I approach the Ombudsman&nbsp; One very frustrated cliente&nbsp;</div>
