Empty promises

I logged an incident with Capite and was informed that the query was resolved and i have 24 hours to access the funds on my blocked account. I went to the branch as advised by the consultant who called me and at the branch they told me that the is feedback regarding accessing the account and they have logged another query with no outcome. I am being taken pillar to post and get different stories
