Empty promises
I have since registered my complaint about the predicament Capitec caused me. Since you published my query they promptly responded & assigned my complaint to Phiwokuhle who communicated with me through whatsapp with the reference number ***1. She gave me 3 days for an outcome but to date nothing happened. It's now 8 days without any consultation.
