EMPTY PROMISES
I received a sms from Capitec bank stating that I qualify for a loan from them. I app**** online, and was declined. A week later a lady from the Alberton branch contacted me, telling me that I definitely do qualify for a loan of up to R30,000 and that I should bring my payslip into the Alberton branch to qualify.

Needless to say, I wasted my time, and I still do not qualify for the amount they mentioned. I know, I owe some people money, but then Capitec should not call me and ask me to come in and waste my time, to apply for loans which I do not qualify for in the first place.

I want Capitec, to stop calling me with regards to loans, and stop sending me sms's making empty promises. They are becoming like all of the other banks now...

Please Capitec, stop sending me your promotional stuff, I do not want it, I do not want a loan from you. I will keep my bank account with you, but that's it.... Nothing more.
