Employees need a bit of training

I have lodged many complaints to the bank because i am being refused credit.

the reason for the refusal is that i receive a SPLIT SALARY, and it seems as if no one in the bank knows what this is.

a split salary is when you are employed in a company and responsible for more than one of the companies departments with different pay codes, and your salary is split and payed between these departments.

so the bank only looks at one deposit and make their decsision on this, even when my salary advice clearly explains as to how my salary is devided and paid into my bank account.

I do not know what is so difficult to understand about this as the employees of the banks credit departments is suposed to be professional and know the logistics of a split salary.

please advise as what I can do to make the bank understand this and grant me the credit I am applying for.
