Electricity /water token

Last night I bought water on the Capitec app and I received a token with zeros only and 0kw, but the money was deducted from my account. I had to spend the night without water. Now I have to go buy water from a retail store. This is so inconvenient. Capitec is a useless bank. This is really tiring, coz every month there's a problem with the app.
