Electricity advance - voucher not received

This morning I bought R65 of electricity. I don't get it and the transaction was reversed.

I then tried buying R50 electricity advance. Didn't work also.

I paid my outstanding electricity advance of R50 from my main account. Then I had R100 advance available. I bought another R50 advance. The advance amount of R50 was taken, but I never got my electricity voucher.
