Elderly are disregarded at Capitec and security at a branch.

Capitec Bank Cofimvaba branch: Senior Citizens are unsafe and always fall victims of being ****** in this branch. This bank is doing nothing about it and most of clients are Senior Citizens from rural areas. last Friday 21/11/2025 morning I had sent R2500 to my Mother of which she needed it badly on that day . When she got there, the whole amount was taken and no help was given to her only a new card was given to her. Worse part she told them immediately that the card was retained, while inside the brach money went out. While she was made to wait only to be told that investigation will be conducted. Capitec is becoming a dean of ******* which is so upsetting. Business is still going on as usual no protecting the elderly at all. All in all R2600 went down the drain just by using their services.
