EFT NIGHTMARE

when i lost my phone i was not able to track my money so when i bought a new one it came to my attention that my money was gone so i went in to find out what happened to my surprise the people took my money via EFT but problem is i have never used it to transfer money and i have never lost my card then i was told they can see the person responsible but they cant give me their details i must go open a case at a police station i did that but nobody has bothered to alert me me if they making progress so this time hopefully i would get answers
