Was assisted by Colleen today at the Gezina Galleries branch. An awesome experience as his service was efficient, professional and very friendly. We engaged in conversation apart from the reason why I was at the bank and it was in such a manner that I felt at ease and appreciative in the manner he rendered customer service.
