*****ED OVER BY CAPITEC ATM
<p>I went to withdraw cash from Capitec ATM at East Rand Mall. I inspected my notes and one of them had its corner klipped. I receieved the note ihn that nature. I tried buying with the money with no successs. So what am i supposed to do cause it is the banks fault and not mine</p>
