I am not happy with one of the consultant at springs mall branch . I've asked the lady to re estate my funeral policy but she decided to open a new one on my behalf how to fix this mess cause I told her that I don't need a new policy I just want to re estate the existing one if wanted to add a new one I should have done it myself on my app.
