Easy equaties

I have invested my money into easy equaties and I cannot withdraw my money even tho I have waited the 5-14 days period. I am very upset and disappointed as why I can't just have my money, I have emailed various departments, but nobody has been getting back to me and it has been a week. And when I phone in for Capitec client care they ask to have access to my banking app and password.
