Earth to Mercantile Bank do you Read me Mercantile Bank?
I contacted Mercantile Menlyn Maine Pretoria for assistance regarding Rental finance and wanted more information regarding this, Was contacted once and was told someone would be in touch with me regarding this. I do hold an account with Mercantile which my business utilizes as a primary account. I must say you were quick to have us onboard but generally speaking your services is actually appalling to say the least. No one not even a business banker can assist me to enquire about doing business with the bank with regards to a loan application or overdraft facilities. Its rather shocking

We have discussed briefly that it is unacceptable for a client to go through this length to get attention. Look forward to meeting with both the manager & my business banker in the coming days to discuss rental finance options to further help develop my business. I would like to just say that I am not a difficult person, I just love to help iron out these types of issues because calmer minds always prevail.
