EARLY DEDUCTION???? WHY EVEN ASK FOR YOUR SALARY DEDUCTION DATE, PAYSLIP OR EVEN BANK STATEMENTS WHEN CAPITEC BANK DEBITS WHENEVER THEY FEEL!!!!

I have been banking with Capitec for years now and decided to get a personal loan to build my credit score. After presenting Capitec with the relevant documents required from me, they still deducted my account early. WHY? This is my first deduction!! As per my bank statement and payslip, Capitec is well aware that my salary IS ONLY DEPOSITED into my account on the 27th of each month. This is disgusting! Do they not think of the reason that a client would ask for a personal loan , especially before they get paid? well i don't think so? why would a financial institution deduct my first installment before my salary deposit date? This is completely *********. This clearly does not comply with the CREDIT AGREEMENT IN TERMS OF SECTION 93 OF THE NATIONAL CREDIT ACT 34 OF 2005 SMALL OR INTERMEDIATE!!!!!!!

I am really worried about this as every bank has the same issue, early deduction for no reason. this is not even NAEDO!!!!
