Early deduction which leads to bank charges

Why is Capitec deducting money from my account where as i did not get paid yet? So because of that i have to pay a honoring fee at my bank because there was insufficient funds in my account. Who is supposed to be responsible go that? I did not state that I'm getting paid on the 15th. I want this fixed and i want Capitec to be held liable for my bank charges. Because they sent me an sms stating that they will be deducting between the 24th and 31st but yet they deduct on the 15th which is not my salary date.
