Early Debits on debit orders in December

Capitec have the cheek to take a loan instalment off on the 15th December because of the assumption that we may be paid early. That is so outrageous, and puts me in a difficult situation with the money that was in my account earmarked for something else. Calling their call centre, they require me to go to branch in person and prove that this has occurred and they will refund me. BIG FAIL CAPITEC!!!!!!
