Early Debits

So early debits for a loan went off my account on the 12th, I phoned in to understand that Capitec does this in December when there is enough money available to avoid no payment at the end of December.

The problem is, there is just enough money in this account to cover my medical aid debit happening on the 15th. They understood the issue and the early debits was reversed.

But today I learned the debits just went off again! I'm sure the early debits will again be reversed, but the issue here is the "if's"... IF#1. My medical aid debit bounce. IF#2. My wife and kids gets in a car accident. IF#3. They get admitted to hospital. IF#4. Big doctors, hospital, etc. Bills. IF#5. Medical aid contacts me and tell me my debit didn't go off and I wasn't covered when the incident took place. IF#6. I am now liable for all the medical costs because Capitec decided for a second time to just decide for me when my debits must go off and how I should bank? What is your slogan again Capitec? Do I have a track record of outstanding accounts or nonpayments for you to make this decision for me? I don't care if it's your system. It's a system you wanted that wasn't well thought out. Is the way your other clients handle their money now affecting my banking with you? If so I will take my money elsewhere, cancel my automatic debit of my loan and will come pay it cash when it suits me, is this what you want?
