EARLY DEBIT ORDER SUBMISSIONS AND UNAUTHORISED DEDUCTIONS FROM SAVING ACCOUNT
All my loans/ credit card is set to be deducted as per my scheduled salary date 25th of each month. As per loan agreements and salary advices submitted. Capitec for consecutive time have initiated debit orders on the 23rd or 24th which were rejected and then eventually deducted on the 25th. This month March again occurring, submitted the 23rd rejected and then again 25th successful. . However, they on the 2th I assume due to the 23rd rejected ones transferred amount of R1016.81 from my saving account into the one loan account. No debit order authorisation. Arrogance of Capitec. They need to share how they will refund the cost for the rejected debit orders on the 23rd and when the additional funds will be returned to my Capitec Savings account
