Early debit order puts me in debts and late for my appointment.
Capitec decided to debit my account on the 20th while my debit order date is the 25th. When I call them, I get an explanation that tomorrow is a holiday. Now am humiliated at the fuel station because I do not have funds in my account and my car wouldn't leave before I pay for the fuel in my car.
Such an inconvenience from the bank I trusted. Now everything is ruined because of an early debit order that put me in debt and late for my appointment.

02 Apr 2024, 08:23This issue is still not resolved. I will not keep on calling the bank and telling you to do your job right. Now instead of debiting my account on the agreed date, you fail to do that and send me reminders for payment. Please sort this out!
