Early debit order causing a negative on my account status

Woke up today with a bank sms that Capitec as deducted on my bank for the personal loan I have with them. Debit order is supposed to go on the 25th of each month... today is 20th and they deduct...there were no enough funds on my account and this course a negative record.

It's very unfair of you to think that all companies when there is a holiday they get early salary ( that's what your consultant told me)... I am very disappointed and wouldn't even consider to have an account with you again if you will continue causing a negative record..
