Early debit order
The arrangement that I have with Capitec regarding my debit orders is that it deducted from my account on the 28th of each month.This is the 3rd time that my debit orders for Capitec's loans are being deducted on the 25th of the month. I have complained about this before but YET AGAIN it has been deducted on the 25th. This is exceptional bad service and I am concidering changing banks. I need urgent response to this as I am sick and tired of the same repetative issues with Capitec.
