Early debit of personal loan repayment

I would like to voice my extreme dissatisfaction and immense anger, at the early debiting of my personal loan payment for December.

Today is ONLY the 14th December and despite the contractual obligation for my monthly payment on my Personal Loan with Capitec Bank being the 24th of each month WHEN my Salary is paid into my bank account, I was debited this evening already.

I sold a lounge suite (R4500.00) for my father who has been admitted into Frail Care today and when the buyer paid the money into my Savings Account, it was summarily taken by Capitec in early payment of my personal loan. HOW DARE CAPITEC DO THAT!!! Surely that is a contravention of the National Credit Act???

This is NOT fair nor acceptable moral banking practice.

I would appreciate, as a matter of decency, an urgent explanation as to why this happened.
