****e off At Capitec.. Your money is not safe!

I am utterly disgusted by Capitec Bank,, my mother was a victim of ***** a week ago and your "investigation" department did absolutely no effort to help her case, this is a woman who has served her community more then 30 years, just for your bank to tell her that they do not have any evidence that she is not the one who withdrew her own money, don't bull**** me man, your atm all have cameras in them as well as around them, you tell people their money is safe with you, yet you could not protect this woman, I will be taking further steps against you ********** and most definitely will be making awareness of how you deal with your customers! And with social media I can do everything! And best believe you will soon be getting a police matter on your hands as well
