Dying Mothers funds with held

I am a single unemployed mother with 5 children youngest one been 6 years old. I am dying of as I am in stage 4 cancer. My heart and liver is failing. I received a payment from my policy with Sanlam for treatment on the 17th November 2025 for R85 000. Capitec have marked it as F r a u d, after which I gave them proof that it was a legitimate transaction. I am still waiting for them for 9 weeks to release the money. I am dying and they have no priority to sort it out. I need the money from my Sanlam policy for treatment. I have mailed the star newspaper as well
