Dying mother while capitec holds funds

I am currently dying of Cancer and my heart and Liver is failing. Last week I went for a breast operation as i have cancer in my breasts. Sanlam paid my account R85 000 on the 17th November 2025. This is for treatment so i can live.

Capitec marked it as F r a u d even after I gave them proof it wasnt. It has been more than 2 months now and it is still not sorted. I was told 2 weeks ago it was going to be in my account then i was told again that it would be in my account last week. still no payment,

I am dying and Capitec are fully aware but they dragging their feet after I told them for 2 months now.

I am a singly mother with 4 children unemployed and desperately need the money. I have mailed the star all the facts
