Duplicate of Payment

I bought shoes at Zara on the 12th of April and the same amount was deducted yesterday. When I called they said there is a hold on the initial payment, they will have to realise the hold and the money will reflect on my account within 24 hours and today when I called I’m being told that the matter is being escalated and it will take 7-14 working days for the matter to be resolved. My account is on a 0 balance and I need my money back urgently
