Drector has limited acces on account after applaction said he must have full usage

We opened a Bussiness account. We are 3 Directors. Ons the application form we stipulated that only 1 has full acces and is the Super account holder. After the account was created that spesific director only has limited usage. We have been to the branch, Capitec has sent autorisation Emails, we did everything, but still that Director has only limited usage. I even received a email from Capitec that say it has been resolved, but it was not!!! Why cant they just look on the application form where all Directors signed and see they as Capitec made a mistake and rectify it? Kobus from Capitec Bussiness knows about everything, but still nothing has been done and it 3 months now!
