DOUBLE SWIPE NO REFUND WITHOUT COST
On 26 March a double swipe went off as the first was dwclined. The 1st transaction has not been reversed and it is 1 April. Capitec Bank says i must pay R70 to get my money back. The business where I swipe says there is only 1 trsnsaction that has gone through. Now why must I pay the R70 recersal charges when the fault is not mine. There are other customers from Cspitec that it happened to.
