DOUBLE STANDRAD AND INCONSISTENCY

I am utterly disappointed in the manner my international funds matter is being handled.I work as a consultant for a USA based company but residing in South Africa .In October my salary was blocked due to the fact my profile stated i was self employed ,i went to my branch i was told the system could not accept a foreign address and my profile was updated after a lot of calls and i got my money.This month the same thing happens .I sent my contractor agreement which clearly states that i get paid X amount ,number of leave days and medical aid .To my surprise i was told that my contract agreement states that this is not a employment agreement hence the money would not be released which made sense because i am a contractor with a contarctor agreeement .my agreement does not have a end date.my question is why was my salary was cleared last month .Secondly capitec is interpretating american law which classifies me as such so i do not claim provident fund etc.according to south african law.its just states am a consultant rendering service .i get a salary every month .so where is the problem .definately i am reporting to the banking Ombudsman.how will i pay my rent or food .pathetic
